FAQ
1. Do we need to commit to a minimum amount of business?
Project-based relationships don't necessarily require an ongoing commitment; strategic or reserved-capacity arrangements may.
2. Do you compete with MSPs for their customers?
No, while we have both customers and partners, we do not poach from our Partners. Our partner model is specifically designed to complement your existing relationship with defined engagement boundaries.
3. Do you offer partner pricing?
We provide partner discounts, allowing partners generous margin opportunity.
4. Can we set our own customer price?
Yes, partners are encouraged to sell at or above our retail rates.
5. Can services be white labeled?
Co-branded delivery is the default, but white labeling may be considered.
6. Do we need M365 security expertise internally?
No—that's one of the primary reasons to partner.
7. What if we already use an automated M365 security tool?
Some firms press a button and charge you top dollar for the printout. Nobody should pay top dollar for a simple Pass/Fail report. We thoughtfully designed our assessment with both automation and manual efforts in mind to be both efficient and maximize value for our customers. We combine multiple benchmarks to help ensure real-time coverage against the latest cyber threats. We prioritize each control and include a roadmap. We give partial credit where possible to help represent the true posture of your M365 environment.
8. Is the work handled in-house or outsourced?
The work is handled in-house and is based in the United States.
9. How often do you update your deliverables?
Typically, in the Spring and Fall, when CIS typically releases their M365 Benchmark updates.
10. Do you license your Assessment or Redeemer Cyber controls?
No, Redeemer Cyber IP is used for the engagements.
11. What if we need guaranteed or priority access to Redeemer's delivery team?
Partners with recurring Microsoft 365 security needs can reserve delivery capacity for greater scheduling predictability and priority access to Redeemer's security specialists. Reserved capacity arrangements can be tailored around anticipated project volume and delivery needs, allowing partners to confidently sell and schedule Microsoft 365 security services without maintaining additional specialized resources internally. Partners that do not require reserved capacity can continue to engage Redeemer on a project-by-project basis, subject to availability.
12. Can Redeemer work directly with our customer's technical team?
Yes, depending on the agreed delivery model. This would be most common for Remediation engagements.
13. We currently have an M365 Assessment or M365 Compliance Scan provider and only want Remediation services. Is that okay?
Yes, we will support M365 Assessment or M365 Remediation projects, or both.
14. We offer our own M365 Assessment and Remediation services but find ourselves turning down work, can you help?
Yes, however we will only perform remediation against the CIS M365 Benchmark and will need to become familiar with your deliverables to assist.
Our Prices*

*Note
Pricing tiers are based on typical Microsoft 365 environments and user counts. Final pricing may vary for organizations in highly regulated or high-risk industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government, aerospace) or for environments with advanced compliance requirements. Contact us for a tailored quote if your organization falls outside these scenarios.
Why our Services are Worth Every Dollar
1. You're Hiring an official CIS Benchmark Consensus Team Member and Contributor
-
Our founder is a member of the CIS M365 Benchmark Consensus Team which develops the M365 benchmark.
-
His contributions include dozens of accepted improvements, from refining technical guidance to strengthening rationales and impact statements, and even successfully lobbying for a new control (“2.1.15 (L1) Ensure outbound anti-spam message limits are in place”), which debuted in v6. That means you’re working with someone who understands exactly why each control matters, and how to implement them the right way — fast.
2. You're Getting Enterprise-Grade Expertise, Not Junior Help
-
No offshoring. No junior analysts. Just one highly-certified expert with 10+ years of hands-on experience, including public sector, private industry, and regulated environments. Your M365 tenant isn’t a lab — it’s your business. We treat it that way.
3. You're Paying for Speed and Certainty
-
In just 2 hours of your time, we identify what’s risky in your tenant. In as little as 2 weeks, we close those gaps using CIS-aligned remediation.
-
Other firms drag out timelines, bury you in fluff reports, or bill hourly without clear outcomes. We’re focused, fast, and comprehensive — because that’s what you deserve.
4. You're Buying a Real Assessment - Not A "Scan"
-
Some firms press a button and charge you top dollar for the printout. Nobody should pay top dollar for a simple Pass/Fail report.
-
We thoughtfully designed our assessment with both automation and manual efforts in mind to be both efficient and maximize value for our customers.
-
We combine multiple benchmarks to help ensure real-time coverage against the latest cyber threats.
-
We prioritize each control and include a roadmap.
-
We give partial credit where possible to help represent the true posture of your M365 environment.
5. You're Reducing the Likelihood of A $150,000+ Problem
-
The average business email compromise (BEC) incident in 2024 cost $150,000.
-
Our services typically cost less than 10–15% of that — and help you prevent the breach in the first place. That’s not a cost. That’s a safeguard.
-
We've responded to our fair-share of security breaches. We guide our customers towards implementing security controls that we know make a real difference in protecting your business.
